I think my crush likes this guy and I dont trust him, why? Read description... Please Read All, Important!?

I know what your saying "your just jealous" and yes and no. This guy my crush most likely likes now is one of those Wannabe Swaggers. By that I mean he acts/talks black, ghetto, takes pics of himself doing gang signs n shirtless and puts them on facebook. Plus he a puerto rican lil ref. he 17 by the way. One last reason is that he is a HUUUGE FLIRT. When he flirts he always hugs my crushes, kisses her on the cheek and stuff and he does it in a way as if shes his girlfriend. I've seen him, he flirts with tons of girls, not to mention most of his fb friends are girls, he has 1,076 friends on fb. Now theres something I began to notice. My crush is very special, sweetest girl you will ever meet, great personality and very pretty, and she looks for guys with good personality.

My crush met him last year and he actually asked her out and they went to the movies but nothing came after that they never went out. Then this year he actually gettting closer to her and she to him. He always following our group and staying close to her. From what I can tell he wants her to score cuz here some more points. When my other friend gets dumped by her bf he actually gives her advice n stuff so its all good till he brings up that "I admit ima complete flirt but when we go out I am the MOST FAITHFUL person in the relationship" and he was looking at my crush while he said it and not to my dumped friend. From what I see, since he most likely one of those player swaggers and one that hasnt had a girlfriend in 2 months, he sees my crush as an easy target... why? cuz i bet with other girl he flirts they push him away but with my crush she lets him which makes it easy for him.

The school halloween dance is coming in two weeks and were all going in a group, me, her and 4 other friends and unfortunately along with him. I know he gonna try something that day, especially since the dance takes place at night and in the gym which gets dark and the outside is darker. Know where im going with this? She not a virgin by the way and i forgot to mention she a push over wen it comes to this cuz this isnt the first time, she got played twice by the same guy who wanted her body earlier this year.

So yea should i warn her? Cuz idk wat to do, if i try she might get mad for being jealous but seriously something doesnt feel right about this guy. I admit I dont know him personally at all but like i said something doesnt feel right. All the swaggers players have jobs and thats do wat they can to score. I hope whoever is reading this understands and I need advice so i can use to help her stay away from that guy without causing any probs but first i need your opinion. If he was your boyfriend, would you trust him?
P.S. idk who his past Girlfriends were cuz thats where id start asking for advice on this and his guy friends, well i dont know them and if i ask they might tell him and yea it could start problems which is why im asking here on yahoo.

WOW HUGE PROBLEM.
Yeah ok, so this guy is definitely a player/asshole. If I were you, I'd stick with that girl at all times, while still trying to act casual.
When the Halloween Dance comes up, I'd recommend being with her. Don't leave her for anything, guys like that'll take any kind of advantage. Just ask if you could hang out with her, try to get to know her a bit more, and maybe sneak in casually what she thinks of that "gangsta" guy.
Don't warn her though, she'll get very suspicious and will be more prone to not wanting to believe what you say.
Be nice, be funny, be supportive and most importantly. . .
