Is there any way to remove myself from ALL the groups i have joined on facebook?
I want to remove myself from all of them at once or find a quick way of doing it as i have joined about 1000 Confused

Ive joined 1,000 something. But you cant unjoin them all at once you gotta do them one by one!

You have to unjoin one by one I'm afraid. There is no quicker option other then to deactivate the account and start a new one!
