How to remove Facebook timeline?

I have seen people who had the timeline then change it back. How is that possible?

unfortunately there is no way of removing the timeline!! facebook has been slowly releasing it to everyone!

You cannot. However, you can make another profile and not change it to timeline.

Facebook are moving everyone to Timeline and you cant remove Timeline once its enabled on your account.

However, if you dont like the 2 column layout of timeline, you can view it in a single column format, which is easier to read and is similar to the old style profiles, if you install the FB Purity browser extension and follow the guide here:

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook, not an optional update - they are now forcibly converting everyone slowly without your consent
