I gave my email to a stranger?

I was playing ddo and i played with this kid all afternoon. then i asked him how old he was and he said 45!!!!! He knows my first name, my country and my email and I am panicking! I've already deleted that email, my twitter (i don't even like it anyways) -cause it had that email and deleted that freaking game off my computer! I'm never playing that again. I know he could just be a nice guy and maybe I am being too judgmental but people are always saying stuff about rapists and everything else and I don't know, i'm panicking
Can he do any bad to me? Find where I live or something? Please help!

As long as you didn't give him your full name and have a first name common to the place you live in you should be ok. As for the email it would be very rare for him to be able to track you through that
