What way should I aim my camera to get this angle?

How would I aim my camera to get this angle?
I'm trying to take a picture of myself for my profile on Facebook and I can't get the angle I want. This would be the angle:

What way do I face to get my picture similar to hers? And how do I hold the camera? THanks!

Set the camera on something, use a tripod, or have someone take if for you. Don't *even* hold the thing yourself & try it.
