Facebook help please?

I joined a group on facebook a while ago and would like the notifications sent to my phone (I don't have an app, its not a smart phone). I can get people's status's and update my own but is there any way to get notifications from the group on my phone? thanks

If you go to your notification settings ,edit an allow all kinds of notification. Its better i too dont use a smart phone .and what u need follow these
1 .click settings at the bottom of every page
2 .select settings > notification settings
if your notification settings are okay ,try be friending one of the friends in the group that u are notified whenever he or she posts on the group ,make posts in the group or upload photos and your friends comment on them and see if u are notified .or otherwise the group could be secret but not open or closed. And secret groups sometime dont notify such that it may expose that result to non members which is not allowed .check the group if it is secret , open or closed
