Is there an android app that can can automatically refresh other apps?

I use gmail, google voice, and facebook apps, on my android, but they take too long to automatically refresh and send me notifications. Is there another app that can automatically refresh these apps so I can stay updated by the minute? I've tried the email to notify, but it's just way to messy. thank you

Gmail is pushed, meaning you get it automatically. With Facebook, you should be able to set it to sync as little as every 5 or 10 minutes. If you want to be notified immediately, set your Gmail address as your Facebook address
