How do you delete friends from facebook?

I need to know how to delete one of my friends from facebook, anyone know?

go to the bottom of their wall and click the "delete friend" option. hope that helped.

Go to your profile, scroll to your friend box, select the friend you want to delete, at the bottom of their profile their will be something saying 'Report/ Block friend' but below that it says 'Remove friend' and select yes when they ask you.. hope that helped

If you have the "New" facebook theme, go to the place where you log out and DON'T CLICK LOG OUT click on edit friends. Then on the left side click on View Friends or Friends and look for the person and look a little bit on the right and you will see a little x mark. Click on that and POOF dissapear
