Facebook: How do I unblock someone from commenting on my profile New Privacy Setting?

The new Facebook privacy is confusing as hell. I just want to know how I can unblock someone from commenting on my page

If youre asking "How do i unblock somebody" the answer is:
1) Go to Account
2) Go to Privacy Settings
3) Scroll all the way down, look for the middle column with 'Block Lists'
4) Click 'Edit your Lists'
5) Scroll to 'Block Users'
