How to make it less awkward?

So I have a friend who I sort of know, we talk a bit on bbm and facebook, and she lives near me, I see her around a lot and she's close with a lot of my friends. We've decided to meet up tomorrow, but it will be really awkward because we don't know eachother that well. Any ideas on how to make conversation and things to do? Thanks

what you should do is try to talk to them more? have you had any memories with them? if you have talk to them about what happened? if you go to school together find funny things that have happened at school and talk about it. Arrange more more things after school and weekends (cinema,shopping,going over each others houses) and everyday talk to them to get to know them better x
