Kindle Fire problem. Someone help?

Ok so the apps that need internet connection on my kindle work fine, like as weather channel, netflix, pandora. But when I try to open the web browser window or facebook the screen will just go grey for a second then take me back to the main screen. Can someone help me out what to do for this?

U have 2 uninstall them then reinstall them then restart ur kindle

Perform a hard reset. Don't panic, this is not the type of hard reset that restore's your device's factory settings. This just cuts off any programs that are currently running and shuts down the device so you can restart it again later. Hold down the "Power" button for at least 20 seconds and then remove your finger from the button. Wait for a few seconds and then press the "Power" button to turn on your Kindle Fire.
