help me please!! i really want to get over a guy but his email ad pops up evertime i sign in facebook and twitter. please help.

either over rite it if you have firefox.. or just simply delete your browsing history n temp files (tick all boxes)

When u go to facebook(idk about twitter) type in the first few latters then hit the arrow down till you have his address highlighted then hit delet and it goes awayyyy!

It sounds like auto fill is on. to clear out your cache go to tools > internet options >general tab > browser history > delete > unselect the top box and select the rest and clear your chahce. restart IE and the auto fill information should be gone
