Mixed signals...does he like me or not?

We're both in our first year of college. I think he knows I was dating this guy who also goes to the same college. Well I talked to him once at college in the library (our friends' hang out spot lol) but never saw him again for like 3 weeks.

Well me & my ex broke up. A week later I add & msg him on Facebook. I was like "Heyyy i remember you!" & stuff, he replied back being friendly. I then said "You never come to the library anymore :[" He never replied.
But like a day or 2 later he started coming to the library almost everyday.

He's kinda shy. He always seems awkward since he isn't good friends w/ everyone as much as the rest of us are. So I try to talk to him. He doesn't really seem too interested when I talk to him, but he'll make an effort to have a conversation.

We were hanging out w/ a group of friends outside on campus. Our friends left & it was just me & him. He said he was going to go home & I said "Orrrr yu could come to the library w/ me :]" & he said "noooo I have homework to do"....well he sat back down & we just chatted for 20 minutes lol

When he got up to leave I asked if he had a phone, cuz he should text me. He reached for his phone...then said "I'll just give it to you on facebook"

Does he like mee? Do I have a chancee? What do I do??
