This girl won't leave me alone, she's harassing me!!! HELP?

I'm 21 years old female, and i met this girl like 3 years ago and only have hung out with her twice. We used to chat online as friends until she started gossiping and talking bad about other people which made me believe she was probably doing the same about me. When we were still on talking terms, I sent her a comment on her facebook saying "oh my god your such a hermit!" (hermit means somebody who is always inside) and i posted this on a picture of hers because she didn't come out that night i asked her... but it was a joking way that i said it. Anyway, she has been trying to contact me for 3 years now and i DON'T want to talk to her. I have blocked her on facebook, i blocked her friends, and i tried to keep my personal things limited. She has been trying to add me on twitter, so i blocked her on there from adding me. She got her friend to add me on twitter saying that she wants to talk to me, i deleted her and blocked her friend. Then, on facebook, she asked 2 of my friends for their passwords... only 1 of them gave it to her about 8 months ago, not even thinking why... She went on his facebook and started viewing my account for 8 months and i feel so violated that she's looking at my info when i DON'T want her to. She ended up 'pretending' to be him when he messaged me in my inbox.... i thought it was my friend taking to me at the time, but she hacked his account and talked to me from there, asking me questions about herself, saying it was my friend talking. I figured it was her after when he said 'who's on my facebook?' So i had to delete my own friend of ffb for safety purposes. She has added me to BBM last year and i said i don't want to talk to her. I deleted her from there and she said she found me through her old contacts, and she used to text me and i would ignore it. And lastly, today, i just saw she added me on twitter again, i don't know how... but i'm VERY frustrated and angry because this is harassment and she will NOT leave me alone. I don't want to talk to her!!! I didn't even know her that well, all she did was gossip to me, and about me. What do I do? I am feeling threatened because she's not understanding that i don't want to talk to her.... If she's mad about the comment 3 years ago on her facebook, that is pretty messed up. I need some serious answers.
I HAVE told her to leave me alone every single time she tried adding me. I think she should get the point by now.

Instead of acting like a middle school kid, why don't you be a grown-up and tell her that you aren't interested in talking to her? IT may seem harsh, but is it worse than just ignoring her for years? Don't let her waste any more or your time OR hers. Tell her you'd like her to leave you alone.
IF she doesn't, its time to start calling it harassment and talking to authorities.

you didn't really say why you don't wanna talk to her and if I were you id tell her to her face that you don't wanna talk to her and to **** off. rather than avoiding her or deleting all her friends thats just childish. live your life and don't worry about this kinda stuff your gonna wake up 60 and wish you did things different

WOW, that's crazy!!! I don't know what state you're in but there are very clear laws against what she's doing ..it's called STALKING!! I know some states have even passed laws on Internet harassment PLUS she's violated privacy protocols to 'spy' on you.

If you feel threatened it's super easy to go to your police station & file harassment and stalking charges. Also, it's free to consult a lawyer to get legal advice on what more you can do. Don't put up with it ..she's NOT in her right mind. I've seen situations like that escalate into bodily harm.

apparently you're not making it clear that you don't want to be pestered by her.. this keeps up.. talk to your local authorities and ask for some help/suggestions and tell them what's going on and that you really are feeling strained, harassed and stalked by this person.

I think she's just having fun with it now because she knows it bothers you so much.

Talk to her and tell her why you dont want to be her friend, maybe it will ease the obsession. If this doesnt work, you may need a restraining order
