Facebook Privacy Settings?

I've posted for about two years, with the posts all being hidden from a group of people in my friends list.
However, the settings are set to friends. It's only for these posts that the settings are customised. Is there a way to edit and change the settings for THESE posts and make them visible to all my friends?

Two ways of doing it
1) edit each post individually.
2) if you want to blanket allow these people to see everything that they were previously blocked from but still retain the ability to block them again in future. Transfer them to a new group under a different name and empty the old group. Since the filters are based on the groups, the filter will remain but they will no longer be in the filtered group and hence be able to see the posts.

By Hidden Do you mean From your profile ? if so Than Go to your Activity Log And From there you can Change your Settings If you Mean Individual Posts That Are Already on your profile and you want to change who Can See Them Click on the Circle On Each Post and From there change the Settings to The Way you like it
