Why can't I get the Sims Social App to load on Facebook?

I've updated my flash player, cleared cache, etc, and still the only thing that loads is the top and bottom banners (Sims ads, for Japan and something about new outfits). I have looked all through the help topics, and on the EA site, when I search The Sims Social I get NOTHING.
What do I need to do in order to play the game?

this happens to me too and im dying to play it all my friends do IM SO FRUSTRATED no one can seem to tell me how to fix it
