I can't see someones profile on facebook, please help?

okay so i know this person didn't block me because his name shows up in the search box, but when i click on his name, it says that the page I requested couldn't be found and that i could either go back to the homepage or the previous page. He's also still on my friends list and mutual friends list in other people. what's the problem here?

I think he has deactivated his account, that is why you can't see his account.
