How do you make a fake/joke facebook profile?

Like the ones you see on joke sites. I need a program or website to create a facebook page for a fictional character. I don't really want to use the real website, because I'm going to need to make profiles for all of the fake people in his friend lists and so on, and fake groups for him to join that fit in with the book's theme. Are there any programs or websites that I can use for this project?

Myspace sounds a lot easier?

All I know is I currently have like 3 facebooks I never use
