I took it, and 2 girls i really like were on the top 10!!??

Does it actually work like it should?

No it doesn't work - it just randomly picks Friends. One of my "top followers" was a friend who passed away 2 years ago so I know she hasn't been on facebook since then, and my best friend who posts on my wall almost every day didn't appear as my top follower
