Android Apps that allow u to make calls or send text via WiFi?
i'm mostly at home, right now i don't have a plan set up, i didn't last month but right now i don't, i was wondering is there a FREE app that will allow me to make/receive calls/text messages via WiFi. i figured right now i'm not able to go no where so i don't really need minutes.

i found Viber that someone told me about it, but they need to send me a Confirmation code to my phone through a text message, however right now i'm unable to receive text messages. right now about all i can do is send messages to Facebook and receive them.

you cant make calls but can send texts as long as the person youre talking to has it
