AdBlock Plus For Firefox Not Blocking Ads?

I installed Ad Block Plus for Firefox, yet i still see ads everywhere. On Myspace, Facebook, etc.

It says it's enabled, but do i need to install some filter-set? Or is there some other ad blocking addon that actually works?

You need to either block them yourself, or install the Filterset.G updater from the add-ons website. AdBlock Plus on its own doesn't magically block all adverts.
