I feel like like doing nothing ????????? why ????

I have a disc partially protruding in my lower back between L4 & L5 bones in my spinal cord. It is pressing my veins going to my right which is aching my leg and also making my leg numb to an extent whenever i try to walk straight. When ever i try to walk it aches. And cause of that I can't go out of my freaking home and I've been sitting like this from a long time. And i just move out of my home just once a week. And everything in my life has come to a halt !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has anything like that happened to you guys ?????

I'm sick and tired. I browse on net and ..uhmmmmmmm ..... browse....and uhmmmmmmm....yeah i do one more thing ......browse........ I log into my twitter account where nobody tweets me and my number of followers don't increase faster.....boring.....i check my Yahoo account for some heart throbbing email which would make my day....but i don't get any...boring.......i browse youtube and try to watch horror series in which they explore one of the any freaking haunted house and they just move around suspecting 90% in the program and in those just 10 % they hear something and they get scared and if I'm lucky they come across a ghost which pushes them ( rarest of rare ). I want to make my own website for free and i know many sites which do that but I'm freaking lazy.

I listen to John Cena's entrance and i feel excited for a while and then i say hey how many times am i gonna hear that. UCantCMe. So wat say , ever had such a life ?? :-)
btw I'm 23 year old guy.

How boring are you!
Always browsing? don't you have any family? And there are tons of other things you can do. Do something constructive, something you may feel you're not wasting your time for. for example, I Design Fashion.Or do something else for pleasure like I read books!
And seriously man you need to get your back fixed you know how much time you're wasting getting bored and doing nothing in Life!?
