How to disconnect facebook profile from other website?

i have commented on one website, which use facebook plugin to connect with our facebook profile to comment on website. but i cannot sigh out or disconnect my facebook account from that website. that website is using wordpress.org

any solution?

If you using PC(Personal Computer) and you signed in facebook through Facebook.com and tick something said "keep me logged in" , then that's your problem . Go to facebook.com and when your current account is logged in , try log out from there . And go back to the website and try commenting something , something should pop up and ask for loging in with facebook account ..

Navigate to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and remove the app.

EDIT:

@Ken 's way doesn't disconnect the application, it removes cookies, and does nothing. If you're logged into facebook, and go to that website, it will still be connected. My way removes the connection
