Facebook Privacy Settings?
How do you change the privacy setttings on profile pictures on facebook. I know how to do it on normal pictures, but not on profile pictures.

I don't think you can. If you don't want someone seeing your profile picture, then what's the point of having it set as a profile picture?

Click on Privacy settings
Something there should say Edit
and you put it to who can view them
