He's a huge shy guy and he has a crush on me, i can tell. He has the guts to kill a bee, but he doesn't have the balls to come up to me and talk to me, but he does linger around me. (poetic licence yay!)

However on facebook, we have this group of everyone in our grade, and he picks a fight on everyone in there. Although what he says is funny af, and it really makes my day, half the grade hates him lol. He did show up to school though.

There was something about the funnier a person being, the more likelier they are to be depressed?

Lol okay but anyway. What kinda person does he seem to to you? And what should I do about him, should I go introduce myself or wait for him to grab some balls and man up himself?

Well why don't you talk to him? He obviously wants your attention, so you should try to talk to him! He is probably too shy to talk to you, so you should make the first move! Hope this helped!
