Does someone have to have a facebook account to see my profile?

Because a friend of mine sent me her myspace link and I was able to see her profile, and I sent her a link that I thought was my facebook profile, but when I clicked on the link that I had sent her, it didn't come up until I logged in. So that got me wondering if she could even see it if she didn't have a facebook account.

you can for myspace, but not for facebook, for facebook you have to have an account & be their friend
