Question about profile privacy in facebook?

You know the feature in profile privacy, that enables you to see how a friend views your profile and you just have to type in their name? Why is it when I see my profile through several of my friends, the recent activity in my profile sometimes varies? It's like some friends see some of my recent activity and other friends don't see some of it. Why does it vary?

The feed only displays some of the stories...it's kind of random but the only way to see everything that is going on is by clicking the live feed button on the homepage.
