Trouble with facebook timeline and privacy?

I have changed all setting and privacy that no one can see my activity or else but my friends. Also I did "Limit the audience for old post on your timeline". But nothing happened. Still my entire timeline, photos, everything, can be seen by everyone. How to report this problem? Is there any live chat support by facebook?

And who do you know that even after changing the setting to friends only every one can see your posts?

Just check out the settings once again because does not seem there should be any issue.
Recheck and then see the changes just clear the web browser cookies after doing your settings and look for what changes are applied.
