How do i go to my privacy settings on facebook?!?

ok so i want to unblock someone but i went to my privacy settings but i dont no how to get to them because it says im "under 18" how do i get past this and go to my privacy settings?! PLEASE ANSWER!

go to account > account settings and try and change your age. if it's not on their go to your profile and edit profile, try and change your age on there. if you still can't do that, go to their profile and at the bottom left it should say 'unblock friend' or something like that. if none of that works i'm sorry, i'm over 18 so i have privacy settings, surely if you're under 18 you can still edit privacy settings? confusing
