if u ad someone on facebook and then cancel the request like 3 seconds later will they recieve the request? because i accidentaly clicked send request when i really shouldnt have, and it is seriously important that they dont recieve it.

No. If you do something like delete them, decline them, maybe blovk them, or report them, they wont know unless you tell them.
