can you help me configure the privacy settings on facebook? do i check the boxes to ensure privacy or no?

Hello, probably a stupid question but on the privacy settings page on facebook, the one for 'What your friends can share about you through applications and websites.
Well say If i dont want anyone to be able to share any of the applications i use at all , then do i tick all the boxes or just leave them empty? and then click on save changes.?

it's a good thing if u r askng this thing if u don't knw...
for sure i'm going to help you...
if you are sure that you you don't any of ur frnds... to share any application then it's better you leave all that boxes empty only... and directly save the changes...
