Question about Facebook Groups?

So my friend invited me to a couple facebook groups and they're private I think. You need an invitation to join, and just to make sure, if I post pictures on their timleine can my friends see it? or see that I've joined groups? Sorry if this sounds stupid

No, your friends can't see it. Only the people in the group can.

if it is private then no one but you and the people in the group can see the the stuff on the group and i think that they can see the group

if u post any image on ur frnd's timeline,they will see that 100%,but there's no connection with groups.if u post it in the group,only the group members having group notification on will be notified!yes,if any of ur frnd accepts ur invitation to join the group,there will be a post in the group,n every group member can see it
