you can install adblock if you dont want to see the ads

if your using google chrome go to the app store and download adblocker

The "not by facebook" ads are inserted by programs known as adware, see here for more info: https://www.facebook.com/help/adware

BTW a great way to remove the normal ads on facebook is to install the FB Purity browser extension, its 100% safe & has lots of features for keeping your facebook clean: http://fbpurity.com
