How do you get ads off of facebook? Downloaded Foxtab?

I downloaded Foxtab or something a couple days ago? Some kind of graphic design thing. Well I deleted it. But theres still ads on my facebook that wernt there before. Like in the middle of my news feed. These arent the regular ads. How can I get them off my facebook? I wouldn't care if they didnt slow my computer down so bad! Thanks (:

They helped me get rid of a bad virus,so I am sure they have good downloads for that as well.

I get that FB need to generate revenue I don't begrudge anyone the means of making a living. I'm ok with the side ads fine, but the pop up's are just getting to the point of annoying. Your comment Stafford for us to deal with it or cancel our account believe me FB is not going to be the only large social networking site for long so don't tempt people to leave because we will. I am sure that most folks would even give up a few functions just to have our nice neat little profiles back without the annoyance of pop up ads. We are asking nicely Facebook, get rid of the pop up ads.
