how to select groups that I wanna delete on facebook? I need to delete one by one or I can do it in one shot?

you cant do it all in one shot

but it's pretty simple to just leave a group

just go to the group page and click the little gear icon, and then select leave group

(you arent confusing groups with pages, are you?)

and by "delete" you mean you just dont want to be in the group, right? because you can only delete the group if you created the group.... if that's the case, you first delete all the members in the group, and then leave the group, and the group is then deleted
