How much is 2gb on a phone since i might get one?

i want to get a plan with us cellular with 2gb is it enough to use facebook,upload pictures,listen to pandora,watch videos,send email,use instagram and download apps and all?

Well if its a smart phone I would say a minimume of 8gb

I have that same data plan with US Cellular. I'd say it might be a little low for you if you want to do all that strictly using their wireless data plan. If you can get on a wifi network the plan makes more sense. Most of my heavy data usage (videos, photos, app downloads) is done on a wifi network. For everything else, the 2GB limit has not been a problem (emails, FB updates, etc).
