A friend is having problems with logging in?(10 points for the [first] answer that helps most)?
My friend has two Facebook accounts. The one is just for friends, and the other is for a small business she has started. She has only had the latter account for a short time, but for some reason she has been having problems logging in with it.

She tried to login, but then it tells her that they need to confirm her details, and then she has to enter a Captcha code. She enters the Captcha code fine, and then it asks her to enter her phone number to tie it to her account, she enters her phone number, and then is supposed to get a message with a code in it. She gets the code, but for some reason it doesn't work.

Any help would be much appreciated because she's in a bit of a fluster about it.
Thanks for the response, but the question isn't about recovering deleted accounts.

There are two ways to get rid of your facebook.

Deleting and deactivating. Are you positive your parents deleted your facebook? There's a difference between the two.

If they just deactivated, you can simply log in again and everything will be the way it was before. If they deleted it, I'm not sure how that works. If you have a certain time limit on how long you can log in on a deleted account or once you delete it, it's gone for good.

Once you delete your facebook account, there will be no chance of recovery. So you will have to just make a new one.

That's not a big problem and can easily be solved. Follow these steps:
1. Try to login using last known details.
2. It will show error and than you can locate your account using the email address you used to signup with Facebook.
3. Follow the steps again you described on the above message.

Just one thing you need to confirm before making another try. Is she using same phone number for the two accounts? or different phone number?
