I cant stop crying why is he treating me this way?

me and this guy used to talk he told me he really liked me , but now he ignores me...he texts me out of the blue rarely , but hes always thr one who texts first. on instagram he had 'liked' my pictures but he acts like he cant stand me. i followed him on twitter and he tweeted me saying 'NF' As in not following. that really hurt my feelings bc i dont know why he treats me bad all of a sudden. please help me i am in tears.
