How do I block apps on Facebook?

How do I block facebook apps on facebook, I am getting annoyed. Thanks in advance.
People are sending me app requests and I just want to block them to stop getting them.

Try going to the tab in the top right, account settings, apps. If that doesn't work, check the link.

Please follow the steps:
Go your Facebook account => Account settings => Apps =>
You will get all the Apps list which u accept. To block specific apps just go the right side of the apps name then click sign cross ( x ) then another window come select remove. Finish to block the specific Apps .
