Did he sleep with someone else?
A guy asked me to go out clubbing with him on a Friday night. He told me he would be in the city for the night and I was trying to surprise him. So I said I would think about it and I came. When I asked him where he was, he said he was at his friend's house and they were playing computer games. Few days latter, his friend uploaded photos of him with another girl in a nightclub on facebook. did he sleep with someone else?

If he's the type of guy who loves to go out and mingle with the ladies and get into sack within a small amount of time then I think the chances are pretty high but if he's self respecting and calm he might not of. She couldve even been just a friend. But when you look at the bigger picture... He didnt tell you he went out clubbing when he couldve invited you out with him like he said he would in the first place. Instead he decides to tell you he's chillin with his mates at home.

I could tell you I think he is, or I could tell you I think he isn't. I could tell you what I think you want to hear. Would that make it true?

No

This is something you just have to go with your gut feeling about. For me if he lied to me and told me he never went out when he did, he is not wanting me to know something. That and the fact that he lied to me would be a deal breaker and I'd walk away forever. There is too much dishonesty these days and I would not want to waste my time on someone who is not honest.
