How do I get a girl that just wants to be friends to like me?

Ok I've been talking to a girl on facebook for like 2 months, I asked her out and she said she didn't want to ruin or friendship. She also told me that she likes another guy that has already rejected her like 2 times. I told her that I agree that it would ruin our friendship, just to see if that would make her want me at all, but now I wanna scream it out that I can't be without her, I want her so bad.

well from personal experience i can tell you that ....you should talk to her and tell her exactly what you feel towards her, then if she doesnt seem to care, stop talking to her , she might even want you after that, she's gonna realize she's messing up by trying to be with someone that doesn't want her back.. which is exactly what youre doing..best of luck to you
