How to unlock a temporarily locked facebook account?

I made a facebook a while ago just for my real friends and family. So i just put a random birthday down, because i didn't want to spend time putting that stupid shit in. Now i got facebook on my phone and i logged in on there and facebook thinks that someone else is trying to get into my account. It said it was temporarily locked for my privacy and that i need to verify my birth date. well i put a random one in and cant remember it. Is there a way around this?!
@emily i did, thats the first thing i did, and they told me to follow the instructions when i try to log in.
@BarbieDollSneha There is no "choose other verifications" button. Just 'enter your correct birth date' and continue. And after i tried so many times it says "No verification methods are available at this time, come back later"

try checking whichever email you used to make the facebook, and it should have sent you an email saying someone is trying to hack it. I think they give you an option to say it was you, and I'm not sure where it will take you from there but with mine they just had me identify pictures of some of my friends to let me back on.

If you forget what you provide on your birthday, just click on choose others verification method, here you can unlock your account by correctly confirming tagged photos or via phone no.
Or contact facebook help community, provide your phone no., they'll get in touch with you in 24hours.

oh then you should try visit your profile atleast after 24hours and yeah stop visiting your profile from random browsers. Use only one browser.

just visit with the email address and password that you used to login on facebook. Then it will automatically unlock your facebook account.

You can just login with the email address and password that you used to login than you can easily unlock your facebook account.
