Changing the privacy settings of your facebook?
If you change your profile settings to 'My Networks and Friends' does it mean that only people who are in the same network as you and friends can see the full version of your page?

Yes, only your friends will be able to view your full profile, others will only be able to view your friends list, profile picture, and mutual friends, unless you change those settings.
