how to starting meeting people through twitter?
i just recently got into the whole twitter. but i want to know is how do i start making friends through it and all??? im totally new to the twitter world so any info can help me. thank you.

Keep following the people on twitter so that later on they too will follow you. By so doing you can make friends later on.
