Is it strange if a 15 yr old hangs out with a 22 yr old?

Before judging here's the whole story: My step-dad works with this guy who is 22 years old. He brought him home one day and we became like best friends. We've went fishing together and he has stayed the night in our guest room. Im also friends with him on facebook. I kind of have a little crush on him but i bet he doesn't feel the same way. Is this weird that we're friends, or is it fine?

It might feel a bit odd at first, but once you reach a certain level of maturity, talking to older people isn't unusual. Anyways, it's totally fine, but be careful and keep in mind that he is 22.
