Is it illegal to make a fake Facebook profile?

If I wanted to create another Facebook profile with using a fake phone number or an old landline or old cell phone number to access it, is this fraud and considered illegal to do? Will the police or FBI come after me if I make another facebook profile with false information to access it? I wanted to create another Facebook page and use that to see profiles from people who blocked me on the current profile I already have.

No, it is not illegal. However, Facebook can delete your profile if they find out about it as it is against their terms of service.

It's only illegal if you are using another person's photos without their permission (copyright infringement, invasion of privacy) or you are using another person's name and posting untrue things about that person (libel, defamation) or you are using the fake profile to con people out of money or engage in illegal activity

If you set up a fake profile using pictures you took and make up a random name and are not trying to harass or scam people then its' not ilegal

True: I looked up 'gay WWF' on FB & there was a site called something like 'All WWF wrestlers are gay' or some such thing.
Totally not a legit FB page.
But it WAS a very INTERESTING page.
