Sprint blackberry flashed to MetroPCS can't access apps, facebook, or email?

Just got my phone from this guy long story short hes fkn shady and Im stuck with this phone no way to get my money back. Just brought me a blackberry flashed to metro pcs from sprint. I cant access the blackberry app world, cant use the facebook app, and it doesnt give me an option to set up personal Email, only option it gives me is to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server.

It keeps telling me to check my network connections. When I look at connections, it says its on a sprint connection, but I dont know if it has to be that way since its a sprint phone flashed to metro pcs?

How can I get these things working?
