What is that website that gives you more twitter followers?

Not long ago I used to use this website where I would automatically get more twitter followers. I had a quote twitter so I wanted to get as many as I could. It was only a few months ago and I already forgot what it was!! I wanna go back to use that twitter account but I lost a lot of followers. I know it was a twitter app I think and you would refresh the page until your account was down to the bottom of the list or something. Its bothering me not knowing what it was called lol please help

I mean, you're totally OK admitting that you're totally unable to get followers in the normal way so you're so desperate for "followers" that you have to resort to a site that gives you artificial followers?
