i want to know what makes a GREAT profile photo for facebook, something that everyone will comment on, and how can i take a photo of me that makes me look really cool?

Get ur hair done. wear a cute outfit. make ur outfit in bright colors . smile ( don't do that duck face ) and edit it then share it on ur wall

Lets see, this is very subjective... To me a good photo to use as a profile picture is:
-Clear (so that people can make out who you are)
-Natural (it should look as if you aren't focussed on the camera but your attention is elsewhere)
-Good Distance (to be able to see your face but also the top part of your body)
-Effect (Black and white and saphia makes everyone look cool)
-Props (make the photo interesting by wearing a hat or a loud shirt or maybe even glasses or sunglasses)
-Confidence (the photo must be a showing of confidence)
-Setting (where the photo is taken makes a huge difference)
AND most of all, try not to look like a douche or perv or whore is your a girl and do NOT put up a photo in a bathing suite or without a shirt no matter how ripped you are, that is douchy
