Is there a way to stop Twitter from automatically adding followers?
Is there a way to stop Twitter from automatically adding followers? Every day or so I see a new person I am following even though I did not follow them. I do not use any auto follow service and the only programs I use are TweetDeck and UberTwitter for Blackberry.
The only Twitter connections I have allowed access are:

Tweetdeck
Ubertwitter
Aweber Email Marketing (Tweets New Newsletters)
MySpace
Google (Tweets new Youtube video posts)
Ads

by getting facebook and deleting twitter

Try using the web and go to settings then Connections and revoke all access with third party apps
